Free-to-use custom ROBLOX experience
Roblox Hub is a free-to-use simulator built within the ROBLOX game engine. This mod is basically a private server dedicated to hanging out with other players in a city-like setting. Aside from creating a separate space for socializing, it also features in-game billboards that display notifications or ads from other participants.
Like other mods or custom scenarios for ROBLOX, Roblox Hub is good for a singular purpose only. It’s not as large or as immersive as other add-ons like Slendytubbies Multiplayer ROBLOX or THEME FIX WWE 2K22 Roblox Wrestling, which are designed to create entirely new gameplay experiences.
Build your own hub
In its most basic sense, Roblox Hub is a private server like countless others. However, it focuses on giving players the experience of building their own place to stay. It comes with a basic house template and a couple of instructions to ease new players into its unique experience. Aside from building structures, the mod lets you blow them up with a handy rocket launcher.
Another unique feature of this game is its use of billboards and banners. From the tutorial phase to the later parts of the game, you will always find large screens that will tell you what to do or what content you can expect. Some of these billboards even have interactive buttons that let you try out cosmetic items or temporary in-game effects.
As a private server, this is not a standalone experience that still requires the base ROBLOX game to run. Unlike other custom scripts or mods, however, it can’t be used with other mods or add-ons. Additionally, the game currently has quite a limited range of things to do, with materials from other custom scenarios unavailable in this version. Its support for the multiplayer experience makes everything else worthwhile.
A fun standalone server
If you’re looking for a free private server you can enjoy alone or with friends, this Roblox Hub is worth a shot. It lets you build your own base or share a space where you can interact with friends, much like having your own Discord server on ROBLOX. Additionally, the use of billboards gives this scenario a unique feel, which offsets the limited activities available here.
